Established in 1981 we are a Design Firm consisting of a group of Residential Design Consultants with a combined industry experience of over 65 years.  Specializing in the architectural design of homes for the residential market we have won various awards including SAM Awards and the Mississauga Urban Design Award. We have designed over 40,000 homes across the GTA, Southern Ontario and are currently designing numerous additional communities for award winning builders.

Not being limited to simply subdivision housing, Anderson + Associates Inc. carries a handsome portfolio of custom private residences as well.
